Aims
of the Association
One of the
aims of the association is to review new and old approaches to animal
physiotherapy (canine, equine and feline) with the ideal of improving
best practice and keeping all therapists up to date with the latest
research and technological developments. To do this we welcome contributions
from all practicing therapists, in the form of written items such
as letters, short articles, case studies and news about relevant courses,
books and events, or manuscripts which will be peer reviewed.
The target
audience includes the general public, practicing therapists, veterinary
practices, referral centres of excellence and major veterinary teaching
hospitals. by targeting such a wide audience, the website can raise
awareness of the availability of treatments such as physiotherapy
as adjuncts in the veterinary treatment of all animals.
